Professionals and students meeting our eligibility criteria will be selected to be Avanti Mentors.
Mentors will be paired with students based on ethnic, geographical and cultural compatibility,
with an eye to the student's developmental needs.

Apply for a Fellowship
Students that meet our need-based criteria can apply for the Avanti Fellowship.
Selected students will be eligible for mentorship, coaching and financial aid.
If you know a student who meets these criteria you may submit an application on his/her behalf.

Avanti is a not-for-profit organization. Generous grants by individuals and corporations make our fellowships possible.
